Zum Backen hervorragend geeignet, mit hohem Klebergehalt. Dinkel ist ein Urgetreide, das schon von den Kelten und alten Ägyptern angebaut wurde. Dinkel hat die gleichen guten Backeigenschaften wie Weizen und ein feines nussartiges Aroma. Das von Zuchtmaßnahmen verschonte Urkorn wird vom Organismus besonders gut vertragen. Eignet sich besonders gut für Backwaren.
