Oatmeal is also a great source of vegetable protein and provides your muscles with the energy they need. Thanks to the natural sweetness of strawberries and other fruits, no extra sugar is needed, giving you a delicious low-calorie breakfast. Hot breakfast strengthens from within!
In contrast to cold breakfast, the body has to spend less energy on digesting warm dishes. This relieves your organism, strengthens your immune system and boosts your metabolism. Warm meals are also characterized by an increased bioavailability of the ingredients. This means that the nutrients contained can be absorbed better and faster.

Frequently asked questions
How is it possible that your porridge without added sugar still contains 11 g of sugar according to the nutritional value table?
Our oat porridge does not contain any added sugar at all and therefore contains only the natural fruit sugar from strawberries, dates and apple cubes. This low sugar content is also shown in the nutritional value table. But what is not to be found in this porridge is refined sugar or other artificial or natural sweeteners.
Why is the Verival Porridge gluten-free and others are not?
Oats are gluten-free by nature, but are often contaminated with gluten-containing grains during production, mainly in the mill. Verival oats are strictly separated from other cereals from the time they are grown, harvested, transported and processed and are therefore gluten-free. So even if you have a gluten intolerance you can enjoy our Strawberry Chia Porridge without any problems.
What is beta-glucan and why is it good for me?
Beta-glucan is a fibre with a special effect. A daily dose of 3 g of beta-glucan has been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels and has many health benefits. One of the most important sources of beta-glucan is oats. One portion of porridge (50g) provides 1.67g of beta-glucan and therefore provides you with half your daily requirement of beta-glucan.
Why is porridge considered a healthy breakfast?
Porridge is characterized above all by its high value of fiber, which helps your digestion and keeps your blood sugar level constant. Porridge also contains important minerals, vitamins and proteins. With the intake of 50 g of porridge at breakfast alone, you cover 60% of your daily magnesium requirement and 30% of your vitamin B1 requirement.
Why Porridge from Verival?
The Verival Porridges are made from high quality organic ingredients. Our porridge is also distinguished by the fact that it contains only natural ingredients. A further advantage is the quick and uncomplicated preparation, because in only 3 minutes you can conjure up a full, healthy breakfast on the table.
