Are you looking for an ideal balanced children's breakfast without sugar? Our gluten free children's porridge made from wholegrain oat flakes contains no added sugar at all and has still a natural sweetness suitable for children thanks to bananas and dates. It is also refined with delicious cocoa. The warm breakfast can be prepared in just three minutes and the high protein and fibre content guarantees optimal nutrient intake in the morning. For a pleasantly warm feeling in the stomach and a powerful start to the children's day!

We have been making exceptional organic breakfast for 30 years in Langkampfen in Tyrol together with our small team of great organic friends.

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 110 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.

All parents know: "Healthy" alone doesn't do much good if the food is refused by the little ones. We believe that the concerns of parents and the wishes of children must be taken equally seriously. That's why we've enlisted the help of representatives from both "parties" in creating the recipes: on the one hand, through extensive scientific input from nutrition experts and on the other through hands-on tastings by children aged 6-10. In this way, we can ensure that the products contain only as little sugar as necessary, but still clearly meet the tastes of the little ones.

In contrast to cold breakfast, the body has to spend less energy on digesting warm dishes. This relieves your organism, strengthens your immune system and boosts your metabolism. Warm meals are also characterized by an increased bioavailability of the ingredients. This means that the nutrients contained can be absorbed better and faster.
